Orders
Placing an order through the Site indicates your agreement to pay the published prices for the products ordered, including any applicable tax or shipping calculations.
POPOPEN partners with suppliers to fulfill your order. While we do not hold or ship inventory directly, we strive to provide accurate information on product availability and a typical shipping schedule. POPOPEN reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.

POPOPEN and/or its suppliers will deliver the ordered products to the shipping address specified by you. Shipping times are approximate and POPOPEN is not responsible for delays in shipping.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed to you at the time of ordering. We rely on third-party fulfillment centers to deliver your orders. Therefore, shipping times and costs may vary. We will do our best to provide you with tracking information as soon as it is available.
Product delivery is carried out on business days only, and is subject to payment of shipping fees depending on the region and type of shipment.
Home delivery – up to 10 business days.
The site is not responsible for delays and/or delays in delivery caused by third-party factors and/or force majeure events (such as strikes, shutdowns, unusual weather, etc.) and/or due to a failure by the customer to respond to the need to coordinate delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981
Refunds will not apply to a product whose packaging has been opened or damaged, which has been damaged, defective, broken and/or has suffered any damage.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation of a transaction will be subject to a fee of 5% of the total order amount.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including but not limited to text, images, logos, computer code and web design, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Returns will only be possible after the product has been received by the customer, and only after the customer sends the product back to us in accordance with the instructions provided. A product cannot be returned before actual receipt of the shipment.

The Site and the products offered therein are provided "as is" and POPOPEN makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the Site or the products. There may be minor discrepancies between the product descriptions on the Site and the actual products. variance
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be heard in the competent courts of Israel.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms are the entire and exclusive agreement between you and POPOPEN with respect to the use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous proposals or agreements, oral or written.
